Easy Install: Installation is quick & easy, all you need is a drill and coach screws. (Screws are supplied).
- Unscrew the top cap and the plate so the wheel can be removed from the post. Use fastenings to fit the base plate in your chose position on the dock. Put the wheel back on the post and screw the cap back on to keep the wheel in place. The wheel spins freely with the boats movement its pressure is applied while docking at the berth.
